2025 Beta 200 RR X-Pro Technical Overview

Features and specifications of Beta’s standard-model 200 two-stroke enduro bike in 2025.

New from Beta for 2025 is its RR X-Pro lineup of enduro bikes. These models are available in two-stroke and four-stroke, ranging from a 125cc two-stroke all the way up to a 478cc four-stroke. The Italian manufacturer states the RR X-Pros are designed for single-track use, and the 200 RR X-Pro in particular is said to be a specialist on those types of trails and appeals to the everyday rider. There’s lots to cover in terms of features, specifications, and what’s new on Beta’s standard-model 190cc two-stroke enduro in 2025, which we’ve covered below.

Beta’s RR X-Pro models are new for 2025 and designed to fit between the 250 Xtrainer and 300 Xtrainer, and its RR Race machines. The second-smallest displacement of them is the 200 RR X-Pro.Mark Kariya
Based on the 125 RR X-Pro’s engine, the 200 RR X-Pro is a carbureted 190cc two-stroke with a six-speed transmission. It comes with electric start, and an optional kickstart system is available through Beta USA for those who want it.Mark Kariya
Beta uses a Keihin PWK 36mm carburetor and relies on electronic oil injection to cover engine lubrication duties, so its gas doesn’t need to be premixed. As far as peak figures go, the 200 RR X-Pro produces 33.4 hp and 20.5 lb.-ft. of torque on Dirt Rider’s in-house Dynojet 250i rear-wheel dynamometer.Mark Kariya
This two-stroke uses the Beta Progressive Valve (BPV) system to help smooth power delivery.Mark Kariya
The 200 RR X-Pro has a closed-course designation, meaning no spark arrestor and more power.Mark Kariya
Filling the two-stroke oil reservoir is easy with Beta’s tool-free push-button seat removal.Mark Kariya
The red-colored hose is for the two-stroke oil that’s injected just before the reed block.Mark Kariya
The new ZF Sachs 48mm coil-spring fork features a Separate Hydraulic Chamber (SHC) design with one fork leg controlling the damping and the other holding the front of the bike up via a steel coil-spring.Mark Kariya
Beta believes this new ZF Sachs SHC 48mm coil-spring fork is perfect for enduro by giving the rider a more planted feeling while riding. The fork is said to be lighter than those found earlier RR models by using only one coil-spring on the right side, with the left side controlling the hydraulic compression and rebound damping duties.Mark Kariya
From the top, you can see the compression damping adjuster on the left fork leg, while the right has the coil-spring preload adjuster.Mark Kariya
Xtrig FlexFix elastomeric handlebar mounts are employed to help reduce rider fatigue and vibration.Mark Kariya
The Nissin rear brake master cylinder now has a larger reservoir to help reduce heat during extreme braking.Mark Kariya
The RR X-Pro models have a new headlight, gas tank, and bodywork. A convenient grab strap on the front fender comes standard for those hard enduro situations. Unfortunately, OEM hand guards are not included.Mark Kariya
The 200 RR X-Pro comes pre-wired with a complete lighting package, and buttons for them are found on the left side of the handlebar. On the right are engine start and stop buttons.Mark Kariya
A compact display has a speedometer and trip odometer, and shows mileage, hours of use, and time of day.Mark Kariya
The 2025 Beta 200 RR X-Pro weighs 238 pounds wet on our automotive scales, has a suggested retail price of $9499, and is available now.Mark Kariya
