The KTM 350cc four-stroke motocross platform already splits the difference between the power of a 450 and the lightweight handling of a 250. KTM’s XC-F line of four-stroke cross-country motorcycles also splits the difference between the closed-course competition and off-road capability, making the 2025 KTM 350 XC-F an incredibly versatile dirt bike. This is why it is the racebike of choice for the FMF KTM Factory Racing team in the East. You’ll often find it on the podium of GNCC, AMA National Enduro, and US Sprint Enduro championships. If you want to look factory, too, great news: The 2025 KTM 350 XC-F also comes in a Factory Edition, fully outfitted in factory FMF KTM accessories and livery.
For 2025 the XC-F receives a reworked frame, revised suspension settings, new linkage, and new bodywork/graphics. The KTM 350 XC-F uses a 48mm WP Xact fork, but the coil-spring rather than the pneumatic spring of the SX-F’s air fork. Slightly softer settings help absorb rocks, roots, and bumps, but still hold up well to the demands of motocross. A larger fuel tank, 18-inch rear wheel, six-speed gearbox, hand guards, skid plate, and kickstand distinguish it from its SX-F counterpart, making life easier on longer distances through more varied terrain. A handlebar-mounted switch offers engine map select, traction control, launch control, and a quickshifter.
The Factory Edition receives the same updates for 2025, and adds to the equation FMF KTM factory graphics, Guts gripper seat, an FMF titanium slip-on silencer, orange-anodized CNC-machined triple clamps, a holeshot device on the fork guard, and KTM’s new Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO) that links with the KTMconnect app. It’s a hefty price tag at $13,149, but the Factory Edition upgrades quickly amount to well beyond the $1,200 price hike over the standard model.
The 2025 KTM 350 XC-F is available in standard trim for $11,949, and a Factory Edition for $13,149.
