First introduced to the market in 2017, the Husqvarna FX 350 is a cross-country competition bike that shares many similarities to its motocross counterpart—the Husqvarna FC 350. However, the FX 350 possesses a number of off-road-specific features including a six-speed transmission, cross-country suspension settings, a 2.25-gallon fuel tank, 18-inch rear wheel, kickstand, and Dunlop AT81 tires.
The 2020 Husqvarna FX 350 is one of our staff’s favorite dirt bikes, which has a lot to do with the many places we can take it and have a great time riding it, as test rider Allan Brown recently wrote about in the review of the bike. “The Husqvarna FX 350’s package of a midsize engine, six-speed gearbox, and slightly larger than normal (but not too cumbersome) gas tank makes this bike very versatile.
The closest competitor to the 2020 Husqvarna FX 350 is the 2020 KTM 350 XC-F. If you’re looking to keep an Austrian cross-country bike in your stable of motorcycles but want a smaller-displacement engine, the 2020 KTM 250 XC-F would fit the bill as Husqvarna does not offer a 250 four-stroke cross-country bike. As far as pricing, Husqvarna’s suggested retail price for the FX 350 is $10,499.
As the Husqvarna FX 350 received a slew of changes in 2019, updates for MY20 are limited to new graphics.
