Since it was brought to market in 2021, GasGas’ MC 450F has been the mellowest of the three standard-model 450cc motocross bikes from Pierer Mobility Group (i.e., KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas). That rings true once again in 2025 in terms of engine character and power feel, but the red Austrian ride isn’t a slouch on the dyno by any means. Spinning 52.9 hp on Dirt Rider’s in-house Dynojet 250i rear-wheel dynamometer, the MC 450F makes just 0.3 hp and 0.1 hp less than KTM’s 450 SX-F and Husqvarna’s FC 450, respectively, at peak. It bests both of them as well as other standard-model 450cc motocross bike competitors in maximum torque with 33.5 lb.-ft.
