2025 Husqvarna FC 250 Factory Edition Dyno Test

Dyno testing Husqvarna’s MY25 special-edition 250cc four-stroke MX bike for horsepower and torque.

Husqvarna’s first special-edition 250cc four-stroke motocross bike came in 2022 in the form of the FC 250 Rockstar Edition. After disappearing from the lineup in 2023, the Austrian brand’s up-spec 250F motocrosser returned in 2024 with several changes that served as the precursor to the mid-generation update that Husqvarna’s standard-model full-size motocross and cross-country racers saw this year.

For 2025 Husqvarna changed the name of its limited-edition full-size motocross models from “Rockstar Edition” to “Factory Edition” and outfitted them with the latest Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing graphics. With no mechanical differences from last year’s model, the 2025 iteration of Husqvarna’s top-of-the-line 250F model produces similar output. On Dirt Rider’s in-house Dynojet 250i rear-wheel dynamometer, the FC 250 Factory Edition is capable of 40.7 hp and 19.4 lb.-ft. of torque.
