How Much Power Does the 2025 KTM 450 XC-F Make?

Dyno testing KTM’s 450cc cross-country racer for horsepower and torque.

KTM’s 450 XC-F is a formidable off-road motorcycle designed to take on the rigors of high-speed off-road racing series. Two such examples of that are the AMA National Grand Prix Championship (NGPC) and AMA West Hare Scramble Series (WHS), which is where FMF KTM Factory Racing sends brothers Dante and Mateo Oliveira to campaign the bike.

On that racing front, Dante just wrapped up his fifth-consecutive premier-class NGPC title aboard the 450 XC-F, so it’s safe to say the orange brigade’s largest-displacement four-stroke cross-country model is as strong as ever in the professional ranks in 2025. Does that apply to horsepower and torque as well?

On Dirt Rider’s in-house Dynojet 250i rear-wheel dynamometer, the 450 XC-F is good for 54.2 hp and 33.6 lb.-ft. of torque, which is 0.4 hp less and 0.6 lb.-ft. of torque more than the 2023 model.
