Leatt Product Launch

We just returned from getting a first look at some of Leatt’s new and exciting products. One in particular we can’t really show you just quite yet (only detail shots) but it is very exciting. Leatt has a few new chest protectors, refinements to the GPX brace and we were shown what we are told is the final version of the knee brace that will hit the market soon. Here is a quick look at a just a few of the products we saw; look for way more info coming in just a week or two as Leatt releases more info to us.

For kids, Leatt is offering up serious protection with the HD 5.5 Pro. It is the same as the full sized adult HD 5.5, just made to fit little bodies. Full size on the left, kid size on the right.

For the serious off-road lovers the Hydra 4.5 is very exciting because it offers CE protection both for the chest and the back while carrying lots of liquid. The strap system keeps the weight of the hydration system from pulling the chest plate up into the neck area.

The Leatt 4.5 is an all-new protector that offers up CE level protection and also adds flank protection.

This is the Carbon GPX 6.5. It has a slightly different shape at the shoulder and is a little lighter.

Remember that knee brace Leatt showed the press last year and then we showed you? Well it looks a lot different and has gone through an extensive refinement process and we are told it will be out very soon.

Leatt made the Fusion for kids and now they have the same thing for adults. The neck brace is tied into the chest and back protection.

This is all we are allowed to show you at this point, but we can tell you there is a lot of science and safety involved.
