The Sherco USA rider dropped a point midway into the first lap and then cleaned the remainder of the sections to finish Sunday’s event with a total of one point. Shan Moore Pat Smage kept his record intact for 2018 by claiming his eighth win in eight rounds with a double victory at rounds 7 and 8 of the NATC/AMA US National MotoTrials Series in Uniontown, Arkansas. The Sherco USA rider dropped only three points all weekend (two on Saturday and one on Sunday) en route to the wins.
GasGas North America’s Daniel Blanc-Gonnet went 2-3 over the weekend and sits in second overall in the series standings, while Scorpa USA’s Karl Davis Jr. went 3-2. Sherco USA’s Sam Fastle, who took a pair of fourths in Arkansas, sits third in the series standings with just two rounds remaining.
